What documents need apostilling when buying property in Israel as a foreigner?

Foreign buyers acting through a power of attorney need the POA signed before a local notary in their home country and then apostilled by the relevant authority. If a foreign company is buying, apostilled copies of the certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, and a certificate of good standing from the country of incorporation are required. All documents submitted to the Land Registry (Tabu) must be accompanied by certified Hebrew translations prepared by a court-sworn translator.
