Do I qualify under the Law of Return if only my grandfather was Jewish?

Yes. The 1970 Amendment to the Law of Return extends eligibility to anyone who has at least one Jewish grandparent on either the paternal or maternal side. You do not need to be Jewish yourself or practice Judaism. You will need documentary proof of the grandparent's Jewish identity when applying.
