Immigration & Aliyah

Can I bring my non-Jewish spouse on Aliyah?

Yes. The 1970 Amendment to the Law of Return explicitly includes the spouse of an eligible person in the right to Aliyah, regardless of the spouse's own religion. Both receive Israeli citizenship together. However, the non-Jewish spouse does not independently have the right — it is derivative of the eligible spouse's right.
