Can we include our future divorce terms in the separation agreement?

Yes. Many couples in Israel use the separation agreement as a comprehensive document that also sets out the terms of the anticipated divorce: the property division upon divorce, the agreed custody arrangement, and — for Jewish couples — the husband's commitment to grant a Get on a specified date or upon certain conditions. Once incorporated into a court order, these commitments are binding and enforceable.
