Can my spouse or children accompany me on my student visa?

Accompanying family members (spouse and minor children) can typically apply for an A/2 visa as dependents based on your primary student A/2. They are not automatically entitled to work in Israel on a dependent visa. Each embassy handles dependent applications slightly differently — your spouse may need to apply separately and provide evidence of your relationship and your enrollment. Discuss this with the Israeli embassy in your country when you apply.
