Can a non-Jewish spouse make Aliyah under the Law of Return?

Yes, provided the marriage is genuine and ongoing. The non-Jewish spouse of a Jew, or of a child or grandchild of a Jew, is entitled to Aliyah together with their partner. The couple must immigrate together or within a reasonable time frame. After three years of continuous Israeli residency and marriage, the non-Jewish spouse may apply for Israeli citizenship through naturalization if they did not receive it automatically upon Aliyah.
