Family Law
What happens if the parent in Israel does not comply with the visitation order?
Non-compliance is a serious matter. You can apply to the Execution Office to enforce the order, which can impose daily fines on the refusing parent. The Family Court can also conduct contempt proceedings. In cases of persistent obstruction, the court may reconsider the underlying custody arrangement — courts have transferred custody from obstructive parents in appropriate cases.
