What does a property manager in Israel typically charge?

Property management fees in Israel are not regulated and vary considerably. For residential properties, managers typically charge between 8% and 12% of the monthly rent. Some charge a one-time tenant-finding fee equivalent to one month's rent on top of the ongoing management fee. Always get a written management agreement that specifies exactly what services are included — tenant vetting, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vaad bayit liaison.
