Debt Collection

What debts cannot be discharged under Israel's rehabilitation law?

Section 175 of the law lists several non-dischargeable categories: child support and spousal maintenance, criminal fines and court-ordered restitution, debts arising from fraud or wilful misconduct, and debts that were not disclosed in the original petition. Certain tax debts imposed within 3 years before the filing date may also be excluded from discharge in some circumstances.
