Does the NII state pension get divided in an Israeli divorce?

No. The National Insurance Institute (NII) state pension is a social insurance entitlement, not a savings asset, and is therefore excluded from property balancing under the Spouses' Property Relations Law. The Family Court may, however, take NII pension income into account when determining alimony (mezonot) levels.
