Real Estate

Do I need a property manager if I own Israeli real estate but live abroad?

You are not legally required to hire a property manager, but it is strongly advisable. Without someone physically present in Israel, you cannot easily inspect the property, respond to tenant issues, coordinate repairs, or collect rent reliably. A licensed property manager or a trusted attorney with a power of attorney can handle these tasks on your behalf.
