Can I sign a power of attorney for Israel outside of Israel?

Yes. You can sign an Israeli power of attorney anywhere in the world. The document must be signed before a local notary public, and in most countries you will also need an apostille — a standardized international authentication certificate under the 1961 Hague Convention. Alternatively, you can sign before an Israeli consular officer in your country, which is recognized directly in Israel without further authentication.
