Debt Collection

Can I hold the sole director/shareholder personally liable?

Only in limited circumstances — personal guarantee, fraud, or abuse of the corporate form. The mere fact that the director is the sole owner and manager is not enough to pierce the veil. You need specific evidence of improper conduct beyond ordinary undercapitalisation or business failure.
