Can I freeze the debtor's Israeli assets before I have a judgment?

Yes. An asset attachment order (Tsav Ikul) can be obtained from the court as an interim measure to prevent the debtor from dissipating assets before a judgment is entered. You must show a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits and a real risk of asset dissipation.
