Can a prenuptial agreement be challenged on divorce?

Yes, but the grounds for challenge are limited. A party can seek to set aside a Heskem Mamon if they can demonstrate duress, fraud, lack of mental capacity at the time of signing, or that the agreement was signed without understanding its contents. Court approval at the outset makes a successful challenge significantly more difficult.
