What happens if someone is already using a similar mark in Israel?

Before filing, a clearance search will reveal existing registered marks and, to some extent, prior-use claims. If a confusingly similar mark is already in use or registered, you may need to negotiate a co-existence agreement, modify your mark, or challenge the existing registration. Acting early reduces the risk: the longer a conflicting mark remains registered, the harder it becomes to dislodge it.
