What happens if my Israeli company misses its annual report deadline?
The Registrar of Companies imposes monthly fines that continue until the report is filed. If two or more consecutive annual reports are missed, the Registrar can initiate strike-off proceedings and ultimately remove the company from the register. Reinstatement requires a court order. Directors can also be held personally liable for ongoing non-compliance, making prompt filing essential even if the company has been dormant.
