How many days of annual leave are employees entitled to in Israel?

Under the Annual Leave Law 1951, employees are entitled to a minimum of 12 working days of paid annual leave in their first five years of service, increasing to 14 days from year six and 21 days from year seven and beyond. Some collective agreements provide more generous entitlements. For more detail, see Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Public Holidays in Israel: Complete Guide.
