I left Israel 3 years ago — am I still an Israeli tax resident?

It depends on whether your centre of life actually shifted abroad when you left. If your family remained in Israel, you maintained an Israeli home, or your economic interests stayed predominantly in Israel, the Tax Authority may argue you remained resident. You should file a formal notice of change of residency and be prepared to demonstrate the factual basis for non-residency.
