How often does an Israeli company need to file an annual report with the Registrar?

Once per year, generally within 30 days of the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM itself must be held at least every 15 months. In practice, most companies file their annual report and hold their AGM in the first half of the calendar year following the close of the financial year. Missing the deadline triggers monthly fines that accumulate quickly.
