Does the Israel ICA Law 2024 apply to my contract with an Israeli company?

It applies if the dispute is international in nature — meaning at least one party is based outside Israel, the contract was negotiated across borders, or performance takes place in multiple countries. Purely domestic disputes between two Israeli companies are still governed by the older Arbitration Law of 1968.
