Debt Collection

Does an attachment order cover assets the debtor acquires after it is issued?

Generally no — an attachment order covers the specifically identified assets at the time of the order. For future assets or a general freeze, you would need a broader order or a series of orders as new assets are identified. Bank account attachments effectively capture future deposits too, depending on how the order is drafted.
