Do foreign workers in Israel have the same severance rights as Israeli citizens?

Yes. Israeli employment law applies to all workers employed in Israel regardless of nationality, citizenship, or visa status. The Severance Pay Law 5723-1963 and Notice to Employee Law 5762-2002 give foreign workers identical statutory entitlements to Israeli citizens. An employment contract cannot waive these rights; any clause purporting to do so is void under Section 30 of the Contracts (General Part) Law 5733-1973.
